Artform Fine Art is owned and operated by Artform whose Customer Care and Service, Privacy and Security Policies are outlined here. It is our intention to ensure that each shopping experience with Artform Fine Art is an enjoyable and satisfying one.
We are committed to delivering quality artwork in a timely fashion. Our emphasis is placed on developing good relationships with our customers so that they continue to shop with us and benefit from acquiring the fine art we are featuring on this site. We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@artformfineart.com immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
ORDERS
Orders are typically processed and shipped between 3-5 business days via the shipping method of your choice. Custom-framed print orders are processed and shipped between 2-3 weeks from the date of order. If there is a possibility of a shipping delay, we will notify you immediately.
SHIPPING
Prints/Oil on Canvas
Artform ships all orders within the United State by ground and air via UPS, USPS and Fedex. If a customer requests another carrier, we will submit shipping charges at customer’s request. For shipping outside the United States, please contact us for shipping information.
PO Box addresses are unacceptable. A person must be available at all addresses to sign for the package.
SALES TAX
Artform is only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. This refers to the sales tax on Art Prints/Oil on Canvas and Works on Paper purchased on this site. The appropriate tax rate will be calculated and applied to your order at checkout. No tax will be applied to orders shipped outside New York State.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Oil on Canvas
We offer our clients a seven (7) day money-back guarantee so that you can look at the art in place in your home. If you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within seven (7) days of receipt and we will issue you a refund. The artwork must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. There are no returns on special orders or commissioned artwork. Art must be returned in its original packaging.
HOW TO HANDLE A RETURN: Within seven (7) days of receipt, please contact us by email info@artformfineart.com or call 845.562.2318 to speak to customer service. Please save the original packaging to repackage the art for shipment. The package must be returned to us within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Art that is returned damaged will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. We advise you to opt for a ‘signature required’ for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund in the same manner in which payment was made. Please allow up to seven business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED ARTWORK
If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at info@artformfineart.com or call us at 845.562.2318. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim. Please take a digital photo of the art and the shipping container it arrived in, then send the photos in an email to info@artformfineart.com no later than 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. One of our representatives will get back to you in 2 business days to discuss the next steps.

Fine Art Limited Edition Prints
Fine Art Limited Edition Prints are custom printed for each order. They are also hand-numbered and signed by the artist. Particular care is taken to ensure the art print is carefully handled and packed for shipping. As this is a custom order, the print(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Limited Edition Prints are considered final sale items.
Returns are ONLY accepted on Fine Art Limited Edition Prints that have been damaged in shipping. Fine Art Works on Paper are fragile due to the nature of the fine watercolor art paper. Particular care is taken to ensure this original work of art is carefully handled and packed for shipping. Works on Paper are non-returnable and non-refundable. Works on Paper are considered final sale items.

PRIVACY POLICY
Artform takes your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will only use your information to contact you regarding the processing of orders or for other customer service concerns.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company. With your permission, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.
SECURITY
Artform collects information that is necessary only to process an order. All orders are processed through STRIPE including all credit card payments. All account information collected on this web site is stored on THEIR secure site and is not available to Artform's computers, other than shipping and email information.
