This print is a reproduction of the original oil on canvas, measuring 36 x 48 inches, presently being featured at Lagerquist Gallery in Atlanta, GA.
Touches of Cinnamon simplifies the beautiful essence of a rural setting of multiple structures painted in the raw and rich palette of the autumnal season. The crops have been harvested and the leaves have fallen resulting in a stunning depiction of limbs and branches strikingly painted against buildings in a delicate hint of color and a soft stroke.
This painting symbolizes an austere, beautiful impression of season’s end. The cooling temperatures, muted skyline and the landscape rich in cinnamon, amber, yellow and green hues signify the end of one season and the beginning of the next. Beautiful!
